1. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom-made or made to order. This means:

• Each item is handcrafted after the order is placed.
  

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

2. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

4. Production Time

Because each item is made to order, please allow up to 5 buissines day for production.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate your request and offer a suitable solution.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of us or our partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
