Processing Time

As each item is custom-made, please allow 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and the volume of orders.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order is completed, shipping times depend on your location:

• Domestic shipping: 4-7 business days

• International shipping: 7-10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
